Dear Alumni in and around Sydney,
Happy New Year! You may already be aware that the School is celebrating its 90th Anniversary this year, but did you know the Sydney Harbour Bridge was being built at the same time, opening in 1932?
There are a number of events to commemorate this milestone of the School, and I would encourage you to join us at the School or in other locations. Details are available at CGS.ACT.EDU.AU/90THand also on the Alumni website calendar at CGSALUMNI.ORG.AU/EVENTS
This year we were encouraged to try a different venue and activity for our Sydney Reunion, so we have booked space at the Greens North Sydney. We’d love to see you there, and for you to come along and try barefoot bowls or just have a drink and catch up with the group. Staff attending this year will be the Head of School, Justin Garrick; Kerri Rock, Peter Cursley, and me.
